The Solidspace split-section is a revolutionary new approach to housing. Our design is a response to a simple question: how do 21st century families want to live?
We are more connected than ever before; eating, living and learning are now sociable activities. Yet our homes don’t reflect this, so we fused open plan and split level living by offsetting the floorplan by half a storey. It opens up the volume of the home to give light and character and a sense of space and connection that would otherwise not be possible.
The ethos of our design is not about expensive specification; it is about real architecture; where the feelings of the inhabitants are all important, driven by new technology and a re-examination of the way we want to live.
