Established in 1998, the Solar Living Institute in Hopland, CA, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that provides practical, hands-on training and education in solar and renewable energy and other sustainable living practices. Continuing this tradition of cutting-edge educational leadership we are pleased to now offer innovative new online courses in solar and renewable energy.
The Institute is headquartered at the Solar Living Center, a unique12-acre renewable energy and sustainable living demonstration site visited by nearly 200,000 people annually in the heart of Northern California’s wine country in Hopland, CA
