QA service includes:

1. Develop a process, its description and implementation. It also includes, of course, a preliminary study of the processes or work style, work with teams of developers and others on implementation processes. If the process already exists, we adopt or simply fit the process for us.
2. Control the process following by teams, preparation of materials for the introduction of new testers / programmers / games in the process of checking the quality.
3. Test engineers work duties to test games:
   • getting familiar with games to test
   • writing test cases and drawing up test plans in accordance with the process (usually the Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Functional, Full, Localization)
   • performance test
   • documentation of found issues and problems in a bug-tracking system
   • work with games’ forums
   • testing fixes for the open issues
   • actively working with the team of developers
   • proofreading and checking documents
   • work with utilities to get logs (to facilitate the correction of errors)
   • checking WOW-effect (also as an error is usually seen in the absence of such an effect)
   • giving tips to the development team to improve a game.
4. Since usually several games from one development company operates by a team of test engineers, regrouping of forces between the games is practicing then if necessary.
5. Reports generating, which can help designers to reduce the number of errors at the time of development.
6. Participating in inspections of design documentation for a game starting the documentation preparation.
7. Providing the manager and / or team leader (depending on the size of the team)
8. Participate in releases planning (mostly advisory vote, of course)
9. Basic HW equipment lab being ready to use (eg, iPhone and iPad or phones with Android).
10. Required software installation, such as test cases and plans management system (eg, TestLink).
