As one of the most trusted and reputable social service agencies in the North Bay, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Sonoma County (SVdP Sonoma) was founded in 1958 as an independent non-profit organization. We offer a crucial helping hand to the needy men, women and children in our community. Today, we are one of the foremost human service organizations in Sonoma County, providing support to those suffering from hunger, homelessness and poverty.
When an individual is nourished, housed, healthy and strong, we are all healthier and stronger; and when one family is headed down the road to independence, our whole community is a better place.
The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Sonoma is a lay organization which serves and employs people of all faiths. Our mission is to serve anyone in need through our Dining Room and Thrift Store and provide direct person-to-person service via home visits as needed.
