The SIA Group was founded as an asset valuation and disposal company in 2003 and has offices in London, Brighton and Bicester.
We work on behalf of asset based lenders, banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, turnaround specialist’s trustees, private companies and public bodies in the valuation and disposal of tangible and intangible assets.
The SIA Group provides a comprehensive valuation and advisory service for all types of assets including aviation, machinery & equipment, marine, property, receivables and stock in a broad spectrum of industries.
Our people are NAVA and RICS qualified and come from a mix of industry and professional backgrounds. This blend of experience ensures that we have the right people who know what to look for in an asset and understand what they are looking at when viewing an asset.
We have 300,000 sq feet of secure storage facilities and have our own auction house where we hold auctions on a regular basis which can be supported with specialist marketing. We have an established data base of purchasers for all types of assets and our auction house has disposed of everything from high profile works of art, racing team cars and equipment to industrial and personal assets . There is also the ability to sell by private treaty, tender, on –site auction or online auction if required.
We are members of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA).
