We have been using the Mail Attender product for many years and has consistently provided a means to keep our mail file size's in check. We implemented a mail policy that only allowed 60 days worth of mail and each Saturday Mail Attender will run and hard delete mail older than 60 days. Our Monthly average of Disk savings is over 200GB.

Mail Attender for Lotus Notes has provided us the ability to de-duplicate and archive users mail attachments as well as provide us a tool to manage quarterly mail retention. There are so many different configurations you can do with this tool, it's amazing!

My company has been using Mail Attender for Notes/Domino to manage record retention for many years. Mail Attender is easy to install, configure and maintain. The application is very flexible so that it can be tailored to meet any company's e-mail management requirements. Sherpa Software does an excellent job supporting their products and keeping them updated for today's current trends. I would recommend Sherpa Software but more specifically the Mail Attender product.

We have been using Mail Attender since about 2005. We utilize the product to provide efficient access to our user's archive and attachments. We move attachments out of our larger mail databases to our arcive server. It has allowed us to reduce the amount of disk space required on our mail servers. With the combination of DAOS on our archive servers and the attachment archive process we have reduced our backup windows and increased our user efficiency.

I can highly reccommend Mail Attender for enforcement of document retention policies and keeping your email infrastructure under control. We've been using Mail Attender for Notes now for 4 years and it has done everything we've asked of it, keeping the our client happy and their disk space growth curves under control. We're migrating a client from Notes to Exchange 2010 and the first thing we made sure of was that Mail Attender for Exchange was part of the package.
