SDSE, LLC was founded in 2004 by Mr. Orlando Bullock II on the principle of exceeding customer requirements—through continuous process improvement and world class solutions delivery. We supply the right mix of people, processes, and technologies to support the specific needs of our clients and teaming partners.

Over the past five years, SDSE has experienced tremendous growth and was recognized as one of the Department of Energy’s top 100 vendors in 2010. We welcome growth and have doubled in size every year since 2006. SDSE currently provides exceptional services to six Federal agencies and has 19 prime contracts. We went from $400k in 2005 to a projected revenue of $15 million in 2010. SDSE is an 8(a) certified veteran-owned small business.
