Devoting attention to innovation and design are important values for Mosa. Mosa plays a leading role in the architectural designs of today and tomorrow with, distinctive, beautiful, high-quality tiles. The Mosa Design Team comprising ten people working continuously on the development of new tiles: ceramic tiles that contribute to the creation of high-quality walls, floors and facades. The company frequently works alongside architects, in this regard, in producing Custom Design tiles. The Xtreme, LED series, Terra XXL, Mosa Matt Collection® and Beige & Brown planks and colour mix have won numerous international design prizes in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, including the Red Dot Awards, the iF awards, the Design Plus Award, and were nominated for the Deutsche Designpreis and the Dutch design awards.
Mosa has made a conscious and firm decision to locate its development and production activities in Maastricht for the long term, in the factories where it all began one hundred and twenty five years ago. In this way, Mosa aims to continue to produce high-quality wall and floor tiles in keeping with the architecture of today and of the future.
