Primarily we began with a traditional ATL and BTL offering with no PR, Internet or activation services. However, after an extensive search for “best of breed” partners we now offer a holistic, 360 degree communications offering with one point of entry and one point of exit. From an operations point of view, this means one dedicated team to service the client through the process. Strategically and creatively the same applies as there is one “Brand Custodian” ensuring synergy across all communication platforms ensuring. that all the work not only looks and feels the same but is strategically spoken with the same voice. It also encourages all disciplines to be creative. With the over cluttered media landscape, media itself should be used to it’s full potential, as too should PR. We also place a strong emphasis on research and insight gathering, which we do through Grass Roots. And finally, in the same building as Roots is our sister company, The Works, who produce Radio and Television commercials as well as managing events, making the production process as seamless as possible.
