RJD Partners ('RJD') is an independent private equity investor focused on lower mid-market companies in the business services, leisure and healthcare sectors in the UK. RJD provides equity investment solutions for buyouts, growth capital and restructurings and typically invests between £5 million and £40 million of equity in individual opportunities.
Founded in 2001, RJD has raised funds totalling in excess of £250 million and is currently investing its second fund, RJD Private Equity Fund II. Existing Fund II investments include Ipes, one of Europe’s leading providers of fund administration and outsourcing services; Verdant Leisure, an owner and operator of UK caravan and lodge parks; and Chemigraphic, one of the largest independent full service electronic manufacturing services providers in the UK.
