We are a family owned business dating back to 1989. We provide quality residential homes for adults with acquired brain injuries and for those with learning difficulties. Our continued success is a direct result of the professionalism of our staff and our continuous commitment to invest in their development. Our staff are selected for their outstanding qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism.
Our service users directly benefit from the innovative, qualified people on our team, who keep abreast of new developments in the management of our services. Our continuity and retention of staff compliments the delivery of our service and gives security to our service users and peace of mind to their families.
The Richardson Partnership for Care recognises the importance of having a full multi disciplinary team, as having this in place supports the service users to reach their full potential and realise their goals and aspirations. The input of our own multi-disciplinary team ensures that the correct support is accessed immediately as is required, our ethos is always in preventing crisis and reinforcing continued success for the service user.
As a priority we recognise that no one person is the same and this is clearly demonstrated in each service users individual care plan and person centred approach. We try to keep our homes small and intimate, this allows peer integration and equal amounts of privacy for the service user.
