This first program of its kind, REEF allows our associates to take part in profit sharing and the equity fund ownership of each of our publicly traded clients. Associate Events
Hard work at Resource doesn’t go unnoticed or unrewarded. We take time to celebrate big wins, great work and impressive accolades. Whether it’s a champagne toast and fresh waffle breakfast for being named to Ad Age’s Agency A-List or a pizza party for landing a big account, Resource associates take time to recognize and celebrate a job well done. And twice a year we close our offices and bring associates from around the country together for our Annual Meeting and Summer Event.
