RCG Ventures, LLC (RCG) is a privately funded real estate investment group acquiring value added real estate assets in the Continental United States. Our primary acquisition focus is anchored shopping centers located in secondary and tertiary markets. In addition, we selectively acquire assets located in major markets if the asset meets our investment criteria.
In 2011, RCG was named the 60th largest retail landlord in the United States and we currently own approximately 60 assets totaling over 5.5 million square feet. Our mission is to become the prominent owner of multi-tenanted value added real estate in the Continental United States. The combination of our significant capital resources and the ability to react quickly has proven to give us a competitive advantage in the acquisition market.
