Ray White Bulimba was born from the virtue of youth in 2001. From a standing start, in a fiercely competitive market, the principal David Price was determined to establish the strongest real estate team in the Inner City Eastern suburbs of Brisbane.
In its inaugural year Ray White Bulimba achieved Top 10 office status within the Ray White Group. In its second year Ray White Bulimba achieved incomparable results by climbing to 7th position and winning Property Management Office of the Year 2003.
In 2007 David Price along with business partner Dennis Simic decided on the back of its dominant position in the market place to buy the pre-existing Ray White Morningside business. A combined vision of growth from suburbs immediately outside the core market trade area made the decision very easy.
