rAVe [Publications]

rAVe [Publications] is a publishing and consulting company in the residential and commercial audiovisual tech industries. Founded in 1998 by industry veteran Gary Kayye, the company covers these industries through a series of free email newsletters, its website, and social media.

rAVe ProAV Edition began in 2003, is published twice per month, and covers the general commercial AV industry. rAVe HomeAV Edition began in 2004, is published twice per month in partnership with CEDIA, and covers the general residential AV industry. Published once per month each, rAVe Rental [and Staging] covers live event and rental AV, rAVe ED [Education] covers AV in both K-12 and higher ed applications, and rAVe DS [Digital Signage] explores the digital signage from the AV side. Finally, rAVe GreenAV covers sustainability, green, ENERGY STAR and eco-conscious news from both residential and commercial AV industries.

The company also does consulting on marketing, social media, product design, and business development, and has consulted with a number of manufacturers and dealers, including Sony, Crestron, Infocus, Kramer, and others.
