Established in 1978 by owner and president Richard A. Smith, R.A. Smith National serves state and local government and the development industry nationwide. Offices are located in Brookfield (corporate offices, Milwaukee); Appleton, Wis., Orange County (Los Angeles), Calif. and Tarentum (Pittsburgh), Pa.
