The Quality Business Alliance (QBA) is a new and unique Membership Services organisation dedicated to the establishment and maintenance of an ethical marketplace, a marketplace based on trust and underpinned by professionalism, where both small and medium sized enterprises and consumers can engage with confidence.
QBA is focused on supporting and encouraging SME’s (Small & Medium sized businesses) to trade with integrity and to flourish as growing businesses. Membership of QBA brings with it immediate positioning as a high integrity business, attaining and displaying the QBA symbol; access to a ‘member to member’ contra trading marketplace, as well as access to a broad range of business benefits and a wide variety of support services all geared towards creating improved business capability and market competitiveness - creating a win - win for members, consumers and in turn, our partners.
By displaying the QBA symbol our members will be promoting their reputation to consumers and fellow members through a highly visible seal of quality.
Our aim is to differentiate, support and promote professional trustworthy businesses and to advance higher integrity in the marketplace; encouraging greater openness and transparency between businesses and consumers. We also aim to assist our members to fulfil their own growth aspirations by creating cost effective access to a broad range of ‘business essentials’ as well as connecting them with leading services partners, each providing expert advice, guidance and support .
