PYE's vision is world where young people everywhere have access to transformative learning experiences that help them find meaning and purpose in their lives; a world where youth feel valued and are creatively engaged in responding to the unprecedented challenges that face humanity.
We partner with communities across the world to provide transformative programs for youth through a body of work called the Creative Community Model. PYE's Creative Community Model combines the expressive arts with motivational learning to develop creativity, personal power, cross-cultural competency and skills for leading purposeful lives.
PYE is currently partnering with local youth programs working in North America, Sub Saharan Africa, and England. Over the next several years we plan to expand our work by identifying key partners in five additional areas: Latin America, First Nations and Native American Communities, India/Nepal, and Palestine/Israel.
Our team includes highly experienced trainers, program leaders, teaching artists, and organizational development specialists, all available to work internationally. We are also actively looking for candidates to train in the Creative Community Model and join the team.
