Some user-friendly features of Diligence include immediate, intra-application messaging to facilitate communication among users, the ability to maximize dual monitor set-ups by “undocking” the document view window and synchronously dragging it to a second monitor, while also supporting both image (TIFF) and native file viewing of more than 400 file types across multiple languages.
