Powerhouse Advertising is the oldest full-service promotional products agency in Hampton Roads. Founded in 1986 by Norfolk native Jeff Swartz, the company has grown to include a support staff of 6 including a full-time graphic artist and 12 promotional consultants. All employees are well-versed in product knowledge, decorating techniques, factory procedures, and customer service.
