Home-Lifting is our service that serves to transform each space of the house in a customized and adjusted space to the taste of each customer,correcting indoor and outdoor spaces.

How is the service:

• Plant of the house provided by the customer (original deposited in the respective City Hall).
• Meeting with the customer to see what their expectations are. Take some photographs of existing spaces.
• Preparation of a project plant. At this stage, we analyze the following items:

1)  Interior and exterior spaces, the latters, if existing.

2)  Furniture (possible recycling or replacement), including kitchen and wc.

3)  Electrical wiring and gas (kitchen). Lighting solutions.

4)  Sanitary wares, faucets and shower (recycle or replace).

5)  Gas and water channeling (kitchen and toilet facilities).

6)  Analysis of possibles infiltration, and moisture origin, if existing.

7)  Insulation - thermal and acoustic - window frames, included.

8)  Technology (home automation, renewables - sustentability - (when possible), etc.).

• Preparation of the 3D designs (when this service is contracted).
• With the final approval of the customer, starts the Home-Lifting service.
