PMC is dedicated to serving the needs of districts, cities, counties, and other governmental agencies by providing a complementary range of support and management services. PMC was established in 1995 with a mission to provide planning, environmental, and municipal services to public agencies, special districts, and public-oriented organizations. In the years since our founding, PMC has provided service to more than 200 cities, counties, and special districts throughout California. The company has grown steadily and today consists of over 180 employees working out of twelve offices throughout California and the West. PMC has grown to become a recognized leader in providing a full range of environmental, planning, and municipal services.
