Our product series pluriBead® allows for isolating cells from whole blood, buffy coat, cell culture and other heterogeneous biological liquids. Thereto, specifically designed beads bind to targets in these liquids. To isolate targets from unbound material, pluriBead® combines two different methods:
• Biological: antigen - antibody - interaction (to bind specific targets)
• Physical: filtration / sieving (to separate the bead-bound targets from the rest of the sample)
