Physician Staffing customizes its house physician staffing programs for our partner hospitals to improve patient care and patient outcomes in a cost effective manner. We collaborate with our client hospitals and our contracted physicians to deliver the highest quality of patient care. We work with our clients to determine appropriate staffing models and define concise physician job duties to produce positive service results in such qualitative measures as patient, staff and physician attitudes, and satisfaction.
We contract with over 250 physicians to staff Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Critical Care and other departments in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Along with hospital-based services, we also offer management services to hospitals and medical practices in billing and collection.
