We are an association that was founded on the initiative of engaged entrepreneurs. The objective of our association is to make entrepreneurs, economic and institutional actors aware of people 45+, of their knowledge, their experience and their multiple advantages. We are favourising to keep people 45+ in the work process and to re-integrate those in the work process that are unemployed or looking for work.
Perspective 45 was founded in April 2008. We have a strong support from various administrative, governmental and industrial sources. We are cooperating with the “Union des entreprises luxembourgeoises” and we have strong governmental support especially from the “Ministry of work and employment” and from the “Ministry of internal affairs”.
In its young existence Perspective 45 arrived to successfully postulate for a project of the European Social Fund. In the framework of the FSE project we have set-up a mentoring project for the revalorisation of senior workers and strengthening their position in their enterprises.
Perspective 45 is maintained by entrepreneurs, which are integrated in their personal and professional networks. Besides their main business (members of the Perspective 45 board are leading consulting, management consulting and recruitment companies), most of them act also as coaches, evaluators or parains for various business initiatives. Where needed Perspective 45 is working together with external coaches and experts.
