His highly developed interpersonal skills have promoted him into positions of leadership and management where he has been able to continuously deliver measurable and profitable results. He is personally driven and motivated to promote advancement in economic development, education, business, financial consulting and strategic analysis. Mr. Parks is currently the director of development at Philander Smith College.
