Paradigm Housing Group was established in April 1999 and provides a wide range of housing and support services throughout the South, East Midlands and West London.
At its core, the group has been involved in social housing since 1989; Paradigm Homes (formerly Chiltern Hundreds) Charitable Housing Association Ltd was the first large-scale stock transfer to take place in the country. The Group also includes Paradigm Commercial plc, Paradigm Maintenance Limited and Paradigm Development Services Limited.
The Group has a turnover of £77.3 million (2009/10 £72.6m) and total net assets of £713 million (2009/10 £725 m).
Our 440 staff currently manage 12,109 homes (2009/10 11,727), however Paradigm is more than just a housing provider, it provides a range of care and support services to just under 25,000 people. Our stock portfolio contains a diverse mix of tenures including; affordable rent, shared-ownership, foyer accommodation, supported housing and some private rental.
Paradigm has had its four-year development offer accepted by the HCA and housing programme is expected to deliver approximately 500 properties in the coming year.
We are 'enhanced' members of the QHS, a proud member of Respect, Stonewall, part of the national iNbusiness project and we were the first English-based company to join the Happy to Translate initiative. Paradigm has attained the construction industry's Client Charter Status and we were recognised as a 1* organisation in Best Companies 2010.
