Pacific Residential Mortgage, LLC (PRM) opened its doors May of 2004. The goal: To create the best possible mortgage banking firm based on solid business principles. We think we have accomplished that goal, and our continued growth shows that our customers and employees feel the same way. In fact, over 90% of our business is based on continuous referrals from real estate professionals, repeat clients, and referrals from past clients. We are proud to say that we are recognized by our customers and peers as a top tier provider of home loans across the Northwest.
Our team consists of veterans of the mortgage industry who focus on individual customer satisfaction, loan quality, and performance. At PRM we close more loans than our peers, allowing us to offer lower rates and fees. We are both a mortgage broker and a mortgage banker. While most banks can't broker, and most brokers can't close loans with their own funds, we give you the strength of a mortgage banker with the product offering of a mortgage broker.
Giving back is fundamental to PRM. Our employees are dedicated participants in their communities. From leadership positions in Chambers of Commerce to committee members of local and regional charitable organizations, the PRM team gives back to communities. In an official capacity, PRM has many charitable relationships with organizations that support kids, such as its sponsorship of The Boys and Girls Club.
