Its visually appealing interactive Deal Book is cross-referenced by offer type, country or region, sector, and transaction size and is internally searchable.
Opportunities contained in the Deal Book are provided directly by M&A professionals, and direct contact information for the contributing company is provided for follow-up by investors that use the site.
The Deal Book is being first built with Russian and European opportunities but, as the name implies, it is intended to become global.
