OLDER & LUNDY was founded by Benjamin Older and Michael Lundy in 2003. Until 2009, the firm practiced exclusively in marital and family law and during that time this practice group has grown from two to seven attorneys. The firm’s stellar reputation for service, integrity and hard work fueled its rapid growth, which supported expansion into the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, and Disability Insurance Claims. Gary Weisman came onboard to lead this new practice group in 2009. After a tremendously successful first year in these new areas, Gary Weisman was named a partner and the firm has been known as OLDER, LUNDY & WEISMAN since early 2010.
