Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS)
OYS design and manufacture fixed, swing, rotating and retractable bow and stern thrusters with hydraulic or electric drives, available to the leisure and commercial markets. In the last 3 years we have contracted 53 thruster units, including the supply of a 400hp fully rotating primary drive thruster fitted to a 235ft sailing yacht allowing an absolutely fair hull under sail and achieving 14knots under motor.
Ocean Yacht Systems design and manufacture Rod, Kevlar® aramid fiber and PBO rigging solutions as well as a wide range of custom hydraulic cylinders and panel systems. With a strong reputation for delivering superior quality rigging solutions, on time and on budget, OYS has supplied to such distinguished projects as Athena, EOS, Gliss, Mirabella V, Mystere and Pink Gin.
