NOESI.gr focuses on special educational needs (SEN) and mental health. It entails a community of people interested in learning disability (mental retardation), autism, syndromes relating to developmental disabilities, mental illness, motor, sensor or physical disabilities. It features most popular weblogs maintained by parents of people with disabilities ("βιολόγια" - deriving from the Greek works lives and words) and a large database of online books focusing on disability related syndromes, legislation, educational and rehabilitative approaches. There's also a basic forum for discussion.
Distinctive projects include:
- a 4.500+ signatures petition aiming to establish early intervention methods in children with autism, and

NOESI.gr has been online since January 4, 2004. It was founded as a firm in 2010, by the name "NOESI.gr - Noesis Online".
