At NTCI our people are seriously experienced! Our four managing partners have been in the tax credit and incentives industry for 15 - 25+ years. In addition, all products and services are managed by seasoned professionals, most with over fifteen years of industry experience as well.

NTCI is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Each account is assigned to a dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM), ensuring that you receive the highest level of customer service. The CRM is supported by a team of professionals who start working with your account during the pre-implementation phase and will continue to manage your account once the set-up is complete.

Unlike other firms, NTCI's procedures for maximizing tax and incentive savings are consistent with YOUR business practices. For employment credit/incentive clients, this means that if you currently use or move to Web-based Applicant Tracking or an Applicant Management System, we will provide you with a web-based solution. Our Clients appreciate the flexibility our solutions provide and how we mesh with your current and future business models.

All NTCI services are delivered using up-to-date technologies and proprietary software. For clients who use web-based applicant management systems or applicant tracking products, we offer a suite of compatible electronic options. For clients that utilize conventional non-web- based systems, we also offer multiple processes with the goal of minimizing and simplifying workflow integration in our partnership.

We are SAS 70 Type II certified, and security for the data we store and transmit is our highest priority.
