The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) has been promoting sustainable living for 35 years. In the long-term, we are working to leave a cleaner, more viable world for the next generation. We have a well-deserved national reputation for providing research-based technical assistance and information in the fields of sustainable agriculture, sustainable energy and sustainable community development. Through our websites, print publications, audio and video materials and hands-on technical help, we touch hundreds of thousands of lives every year.
