Since 2002, NCF has provided construction administration services to various residential mortgage lenders giving them the ability to offer a true One-Time Close FHA Construction/Permanent Loan without the expense of managing and maintaining their own construction loan department. In 2007, we expanded our construction administration services to include the FHA Streamlined (k) Limited Repair Renovation Loan program and further expanded in 2010 to add the regular FHA 203(k) Rehabilitation Loan program to our service offerings. We provide the experience, efficiency, and expertise for these loan programs, so the mortgage lender can offer these uniquie loan products to their clients with very minimal to no change to their current workflow and processes.
