Three brothers started My Thyme inc. in 2003 with the mission of creating exceptional food and party experiences. Executive Chef Jason Stum established his foundation in French Cuisine at L’ Academie de Cuisine, graduating with honors under Pascal and Francois Dionot. Working in three reputable restaurants, he developed his skills and experience under guidance of their Chefs, shaping and solidifying a unique style of his own.
