Modus Ingenium (MI) rates and grades the talents, based only on their uploaded material, using best
practices. MI team members have long, successful and diversified experience in all
related fields. The rating procedure is applied in such manner that each discipline is measured starting
with a minimum total score (a+b), which is considered an entry level for that discipline and could be
different for various disciplines - as listed.
The MI database is freely searchable by any potential recruiter using specific search criteria. The
database continually tracks information. Due to the unique rating procedure this effectively inhibits
any search return that is lower than the established minimum score, and will not be accessible during a
search by a recruiter.
