The Mid-Level Alliance of Baltimore is a program like no other—bringing key mid-level personnel from organizations throughout the region together to build skills and create a community of peers. The Mid-Level Alliance aims to make mid-level managers more valuable contributors to their organizations and prepare them to broaden the scope of their contributions through expanded lateral responsibilities or promotion to the next level of management.
Participation in the Mid-Level Alliance ensures that organizations are developing future leaders who have the fine-tuned skills necessary to drive visionary strategy, as well as maximize daily performance. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to leverage their strengths to make an enhanced contribution; communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; build cooperative relationships within teams and among departments; optimize their energy throughout the day; and network, gain support and share best practices among peers.
