Who We Are
Michalsons is a leading specialist law firm, focusing exclusively on our focus areas – like ICT law and plain language. We have been involved in the drafting of legislation (e.g. the ECT Act) and corporate governance codes (e.g. the IT Governance section of King III)
Many of our lawyers have over 12 years experience in the field of IT law. We advise on technology transactions in all industry sectors, ranging from financial services to utilities.
We work for a range of clients, from start-ups, to companies listed on the JSE and international clients. We act for both vendors and users.
