McPhee Associates is a custom design-build company located in East Dennis on Cape Cod, MA. Our family has been designing and building new homes, additions and renovating homes on Cape Cod since 1972. Our job as a Cape Cod custom design-build company is to listen to the custom home or remodeling objectives of our client and then work with you to develop a plan that meets those objectives.

State-of-the-art 3D computerized design plans that allow you to see your project from any design angle.
