Our product, MarWatch, is offered on a Software as a Service basis. MarWatch enables IP PBX resellers to reduce the cost of supporting their customer VoIP networks by providing remote network and IP PBX performance monitoring including voice quality rating to enable them to quickly react to and resolve customer issues.
The MarWatch service provides alarming and alerting for PBX system problems, voice quality across the network and data network performance. With integrated remote access and a suite tools designed to quickly locate the root cause of voice quality issues, MarWatch enables rapid problem resolution without the need to travel to site, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Martello works closely with Mitel Networks to provide best in class support for Mitel's UC portfolio including Mitel MCD / 3300 ICP and the Mitel Application Suite (MAS).
