We make it our job to understand how shoppers behave all the way along their shopping journeys. Like all good stories – at the start, the middle and the end ...and often into their happy ever (or sometimes never) afters.

Understanding shopper behaviour is only part of the story. Knowing how and where to talk to them is critical. And we pride ourselves in our ability to connect with shoppers everywhere. We do this through hard-focus in our channel planning and activation ability and the specialist output of our brilliant creative people.

We have a simple, collective approach for everything:

And to get there, we try and take the most direct route (even if it’s not always the easiest). And we do this by looking out for each other, no matter what.

MARS\Y&R Europe was created through the coming together of global agency power-houses Y&R and US Shopper Marketing #1 MARS. Our European head office is in London but we work all over Europe and across the world with our friends and colleagues throughout our network.
