Marks & Frantz Interior Design was created from a shared passion for design and decoration. Lisa Frantz and Lydia Marks met in the film business while working as freelance production designers and set decorators. They worked on many projects together and independently (including Devil Wears Prada and Sex and the City 1 and 2) before deciding to pool their talent and resources to create Marks & Frantz. Their background in set design informs a creative and new approach to their residential and commercial projects. They bring an original approach to their work that aims to create beautiful, comfortable spaces that reflect the clients’ unique personality. They believe in timeless, classic design that will never feel dated. Marks and Frantz have designed homes in New York, Connecticut, Houston, Los Angeles and Aspen.
