With 32 members of staff and over 1200 touchscreen system installations in the Southeast and Midwest, Lucas Systems is probably one of the largest POS solution-providers to quick-service and fast-casual restaurants in the region.
Including its ‘legacy’ systems, Lucas Systems has approximately 1,500 POS system installations in the southeastern and mid-western United States. Most of the technical support staff and upper management team have quick-service restaurant operations experience. From this experience, Lucas Systems understands the importance of reliable and easy-to-use POS systems and prompt service and support.
Our Corporate Headquarters located in Easley, SC includes a modern repair lab where all hardware is repaired and serviced. Technical Helpdesk, Service, Support, Field Operations, Software Development, Sales and Administration are all managed and dispatched from the Corporate Headquarters in Easley, SC.
