Leaders of the Day and the Institute for Transformative Experience were founded by Jonathan Carroll and Tony Cox in November of 2009. Both bring a wealth of experience and over 30 years combined professional experience in the Outdoor Industry. They have led, designed and developed programs on 3 continents and are dedicated to passing on their skills and experience to their students.
