Lacher & Associates is an insurance and risk management firm located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Established in 1958 as an independent agency focused on southeastern Pennsylvania, we have grown into a regional firm serving clients in a multitude of states. The firm is lead by the second generation of the Lacher family who continues a tradition of excellence in the insurance and risk management industry.

We deliver proactive solutions to our clients that enable them to focus their time and energy on growing their business. To address the need for a more effective, sustainable, and strategic view of insurance and risk-management, we created a unique process called ImpACT. As we partner with clients through this process, ImpACT enables us to uncover risks, create a customized plan to mitigate those risks, and ultimately impact the total cost of risk or benefits.
