LAB5 Fitness is a 2,400 sq/ft. fitness-coaching studio equipped with state of the art equipment and training methods, located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing Pilates principles, reformers, Barre, Yoga and TRX suspension training. LAB5 workouts are comprised of consistently varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, jumping etc.) executed at various intensities depending on your level and your specific goal.
Our custom-made equipment is designed to move your body naturally. All workouts are comprised of exercise that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life. A variety of angles and motions are achieved through muscle isolation, all of which improves functional movements necessary and common in your daily activities.
Class variety, along with the variations in each different element make it practically impossible to get bored. Instead, each day a skilled personal trainer will take you through a powerful workout that will be modified to suit your fitness level, whether you are a beginner, or an elite athlete. At LAB5 we understand that everyone is moving as fast as the digital age itself--that's why our classes are 50 minutes in length.
Our fitness programming will improve your functional muscular strength, endurance and power. You will see your core strength increase, as well as your mobility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. And of course, you will feel and see the results.
