Our individual coaching is results-focused, so the benefits depend on precisely what results you need but our track record is one of delivering performance improvements for clients which gets noticed by those around them. It all depends on what your specific coaching needs are and we agree clear coaching objectives and desired results at the start of any coaching engagement.
Coaching objectives are hugely varied but, for example, could be:
- Improving work performance
- Executive coaching to help a senior manager fulfil their role
- Support through a particularly challenging time
- Helping clarify and deliver on future career aspirations
- Delivering a difficult change project
Individual coaching can be either face-to-face or by phone and can involve working together regularly over a period of time, or can require meeting just once or twice to work through a very specific issue.
