KGI Solutions, LLC is a North Carolina based family owned and operated software company. KGI provides technology and software solutions for Independent Car Dealers. The Dealer Solutions Software Suite is a product of KGI Solutions. It provides Dealer Management Software, Dealership Website, and Inventory Marketing Solutions for Independent dealers.
The company was formed in 1999 by Don and Ryan Kelley (Father and Son). Don had been a car dealer for over 20 years and Ryan was fresh out of college graduating with a computer science degree. Together they created one of the first plain paper form printing softwares for car dealerships known as DMV Wizard. Since the creation of that software KGI Solutions has developed into one of the leading software providers for dealerships in North and South Carolina.
