JobsFirst NYC works behind the scenes to convene the myriad of services and programs in NYC to achieve better employment and educational outcomes for NYC's disconnected young adults. It does this through convening the field, advancing best practices, engaging the business community, and advocating for more effective policies concerning services for young adults. Our vision and our "Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal" is simple: Reduce or eliminate the number of young people in New York City that are neither working nor in school.
